Affiliate Terms of Use

CANADA ROUTE FINDER – AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

The Canada Route Finder Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring new paying subscribers to the Canada Route Finder platform.

By applying to or participating in this program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

Canada Route Finder reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Operate in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing

We reserve the right to remove affiliates who violate these terms.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn:

Up to 15% commission on successful subscription payments generated through their unique affiliate link or code.

Commission applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions

Commissions are calculated based on actual payments received, excluding:

  • Refunds
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Taxes or payment processing fees (if applicable)

Canada Route Finder reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.

4. Recurring Commissions

If recurring commissions are enabled:

  • Affiliates may earn commission on recurring subscription payments for as long as the referred customer remains active.
  • If a customer cancels, refunds, or fails payment, commissions stop accordingly.

Canada Route Finder may modify recurring commission policies at any time.

5. Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: [$50]
  • Payment frequency: [Monthly]
  • Payment method: [Bank transfer / Other]

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

Canada Route Finder is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.

6. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Claim Canada Route Finder guarantees visas or jobs
  • Provide immigration advice or present themselves as official representatives
  • Misrepresent pricing, features, or results
  • Use spam marketing (unsolicited emails, mass DMs)
  • Use paid ads bidding on “Canada Route Finder” branded keywords without permission
  • Engage in coupon abuse or unauthorized discount distribution
  • Use misleading scarcity tactics

Any violation may result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Forfeiture of unpaid commissions

7. Brand & Representation

Affiliates may:

  • Promote Canada Route Finder as an educational, AI-powered immigration information platform
  • Use approved brand materials provided by the company

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Claim to be employees or partners of Hajavia Solutions Ltd
  • Claim affiliation with IRCC or Government of Canada
  • Offer immigration advice under the platform’s name

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, logos, and content belong to Canada Route Finder and Hajavia Solutions Ltd.

Affiliates may not modify or misuse brand assets without written permission.

9. Refund Policy & Commission Reversal

If a referred customer:

  • Requests a refund
  • Initiates a chargeback
  • Is flagged for fraud

Any associated commission will be reversed.

If commission has already been paid, the amount may be deducted from future earnings.

10. Termination

Canada Route Finder reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
  • Reverse commissions earned through policy violations
  • Modify or discontinue the affiliate program

Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time.

11. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors.

Nothing in this agreement creates:

  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Joint venture
  • Agency relationship

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and reporting obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

Canada Route Finder and Hajavia Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, income, or opportunity arising from affiliate participation

13. Changes to Terms

Canada Route Finder reserves the right to update these Affiliate Terms at any time.

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
